Red beet from the grill
Ingredient list
You will need these ingredients for this:
4 fresh red beet
1 stalk of rosemary
1 stalk of thyme
4 tbsp. olive oil
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
How to do it:
- Put cold water in a pot and put the red beet whole. This allows it to draw moisture for a few minutes.
- Then pre-cook the red beet. To do this, slowly heat the water in the pot and gently and slowly pre-cook the beet for a maximum of ten minutes so that it is slightly softer on the inside for grilling.
- Remove the red beet from the pot and cut into slices.
- For the marinade, chop the thyme and rosemary and mix with the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the marinade over the red beet and then grill the marinated slices.
