Folding instructions: Fold napkins into an elegant cutlery bag
Step 1
Fold the napkin in the middle.
Step 2
Lay the two short sides on top of each other.
Step 3
Place the napkin in front of you with the open tip pointing upwards.

Fold the top layer onto the bottom corner with a little space between them.
Step 5
Fold the second layer downwards, also at a slight distance from the previous fold.

Proceed in the same way with the third layer.

Turn the napkin vertically.

Fold the bottom tip up a little.

Fold the right and left corners towards the center.

Which napkin is suitable?
Choose a suitable napkin for the fold: plain-colored cloth napkins are perfect. Exciting effects can be achieved with a striking contrasting edge or decorative stitching. Napkins printed on one side are not suitable for folding, as the reverse side of the napkin will also be visible in the end result. If you are working with paper napkins, make sure that the napkin is sturdy and does not tear.
