Soy steaks with spicy marinade
Ingredient list
You will need these ingredients for this:
4 soy steaks
250 ml ketchup
250 ml BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1.5 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. BBQ spice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Thyme
Tarragon
How it works:
- Boil the soy steaks in 2 liters of salted water for about 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, mix all the remaining ingredients for the marinade.
- Quench the water from the steaks with cold water and then squeeze it out well.
- Place the steaks in the marinade and rub well. The steaks should remain in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. However, the longer the marinade soaks in, the more intense the flavor.
- Grill the steaks on both sides for about five minutes.
