The traditional brewing method at 95 °C without pressure build-up guarantees a full, round flavour - just like hand-brewed coffee.
Thanks to the constant heat retention temperature of approx. 83 °C, the coffee remains fresh and aromatic for hours - ideal for continuous serving. The CNS 130 is specified for a coffee volume of 2.0 - 16.5 litres. The brewing time for 130 cups is approx. 70 minutes.
